What you'll do

  • Ask good questions. Think diagnostically, quickly analyze scenarios, and “connect the dots” to determine the most effective creative solutions
  • Use strong listening skills and design-thinking capabilities to lead effective brainstorming and collaboration within our visual communications team, our broader consulting team, and with clients
  • Conceptualize, design, develop, iterate, and execute visual communications with the goal of driving and supporting the broader outcomes of our client engagements
  • Collaborate with our team to design the experiences and tools that will lead our clients through a journey of discovery, learning, understanding, and transformation
  • Present your work effectively, clearly articulating the proposed design solutions

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Experience with a broad range of change and communications skill sets, including stakeholder engagement, change management, employee communications, manager enablement, strategy development, program development, and/or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Masters in related field a plus.
  • In-depth experience in a business function requiring extensive consulting and relationship development capability such as Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Employee Communications, Change Management, etc.
  • Experience working in technology, life sciences and/or biotechnology industries.
  • Proven track record of partnering and collaborating with others in order to deliver positive business results.
  • Strong facilitation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in a variety of formats (e.g. web, blogs, video scripts, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Adept at using a wide variety of communication channels, tools, and technology.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, able to work well under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.
  • Travel may be required.
