Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Experience with a broad range of change and communications skill sets, including stakeholder engagement, execution communications, internal and employee communications, change management, manager enablement, strategy development, program development, and/or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Masters in related field a plus.
  • In-depth experience in a business unit or function requiring extensive consulting, relationship development capability, and communications support (e.g., Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Employee Communications, Change Management, IT, Sales, Operations, business units, etc.).
  • Experience aligning communications objectives and strategies to business needs and customer outcomes. Exposure to or experience in technology, life sciences and/or biotechnology industries is a plus.
  • Experience with project planning and management with the ability to successfully operationalize and execute on a plan, as well as anticipate potential problems and produce contingency plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in a variety of formats e.g. web, briefing memos, blogs, video scripts, Word, PowerPoint, etc. in a way that is engaging and helps individual executives ‘show up’ effectively in various venues.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly develop, design and create effective PowerPoint presentations for the purposes of organizational and leadership communications.
  • Adept at using a wide variety of communication channels, tools, and technology.

Graphic Designer (Indianapolis)

We’re looking for a talented graphic designer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the Indianapolis, Indiana area who will support our marketing and creative services team. The graphic designer will play a vital role in developing professional and effective visual communications for our clients, creating marketing assets for our website and sales efforts, and creating effective, branded internal templates for our consultants.

  • Conceptualize and create corporate communication assets that enhance the content developed by our management consultants
  • Create infographics, illustrations, one-pagers, toolkits, etc that help take complex information and tell a cohesive visual story for our clients
  • Design compelling visual assets for our marketing team including: eBooks, infographics, one-pagers, social media graphics, web graphics, brochures, display ads, and Powerpoint decks
  • Design and/or refresh our internal templates
  • Help organize our design assets and develop a consistent file structure
