Sue Bunk

Sue is a consultant at Blue Beyond with a strong background in HR and Learning and Development (L&D).

Previously, Sue worked for a Biotechnology company where she was part of a team chartered to develop and implement a suite of learning and development initiatives for the first time in the organization’s history. Prior to that she worked in HR in the Financial Services and Higher Education industries.

Sue is most complimented on her ability to understand the big picture and strategy in order to make good decisions and judgment calls on the execution of work, as well as her ability to relate to people and quickly gain the trust of colleagues and clients.

She holds a BA in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Marist College and an MS in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Fairfield University. She is a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
