Pete Davis

Pete is a Marketing Operations Associate and the Cheif of Staff. He has over a decade of experience in building teams, developing people, and managing projects – and the overlap between all three. Prior to joining Blue Beyond, Pete was a Program Manager with an IT managed services company, where he coordinated client needs, led recruitment efforts, and partnered with HR to ensure an outstanding employee experience. Pete has supported employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

Along with Program and Project Management, Pete has held several operations roles ranging from Director of Service to General Manager. This unique set of experience provides him the ability to analyze internal procedures and develop a tailored operation methodology. Pete is known for his critical thinking, passion for his projects, and for focusing on enhancing employee experience.

Pete resides in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania with his wife Jacki, and three daughters – Sidney, Jessa, and Zoey. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, golfing, and outdoor activities of all kinds.
