Nikki Llorin Eaves

Nikki is a consultant with deep experience in strategic communications, executive communications, change management, and corporate reputation with companies in the healthcare, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods manufacturing, and home services industries.

Prior to joining Blue Beyond, Nikki spent nearly 17 years in a variety of marketing, public relations, and communications roles, including head of corporate communications for Energizer Holdings. In these roles, she has supported large-scale changes including corporate rebranding initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and operating model and culture transformations. She has also built out employee communications, corporate philanthropy, and community relations functions.

Nikki is known for her ability to rapidly connect the dots to solve business challenges, integrate diverse perspectives, and distill complex information into simple, engaging narratives. She is also passionate about sustainability, social impact, and the role of business as a force for good.

Nikki holds a B.A. in Communication and International Studies from Saint Louis University and a M.A. in International Affairs from Washington University in St. Louis.
