Melaina Aglieco

Melaina is our Business Development Associate, with four years of experience in the field and proven knowledge in process improvement, competitive analysis, and data management. 

She spent the past 3 and a half years working at Conning, a $200 billion global asset management firm, as a Business Development Senior Associate and a member of a 2-person sales operation team responsible for RFPs, data management, quarterly updates, and database management. 

Melaina is known for being adaptable, working well with others, and being able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. She has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Bryant University, with a major in Marketing and a minor in Communications.
