Maddie Timm

Maddie is a consultant with experience in talent management, employee engagement, culture, and change management. In her previous role, she had the opportunity to build talent strategies and programs for a variety of organizations and across industries such as life sciences, manufacturing, non-profit, workforce development, and healthcare.

Maddie is known for bringing strategic thinking, innovative ideas, and positive energy to every project she touches.

She holds a BBA in International Business and Management and Entrepreneurship from University of Wisconsin, Madison and is currently pursuing an MBA at Indiana Kelley School of Business. Maddie is a member of Young Professionals of Central Indiana.
