Maddie Timm


Maddie is a consultant with experience in talent management, employee engagement, culture, and change management. In her previous role, she had the opportunity to build talent strategies and programs for a variety of organizations and across industries such as life sciences, manufacturing, non-profit, workforce development, and healthcare.

Maddie is known for bringing strategic thinking, innovative ideas, and positive energy to every project she touches.

She holds a BBA in International Business and Management and Entrepreneurship from University of Wisconsin, Madison and is currently pursuing an MBA at Indiana Kelley School of Business. Maddie is a member of Young Professionals of Central Indiana.

What do you find most rewarding about your work?

Being able to impact people’s lives as a result of harnessing my strengths and passions, being constantly challenged in new ways, and having frequent opportunities to apply strategic thinking, problem solve, and generate ideas in new ways.

If you could take the year off, what would you do?

Spend time with my family, read a lot of books, paint, learn a new language, and travel across Europe!
