What skills and expertise do you bring to the team?

As an organizational psychologist, I have experience in a vast number of areas including employee well-being, talent, workplace engagement, innovation and culture. I can use my expertise in these areas to contribute in designing data-driven programs for my team and clients.

What do you find most rewarding about your work?

Seeing clients make measurable progress even at the most personable level is the a very gratifying aspect of work for me. Having a grateful client reach out or noticing a considerable difference in a key metric makes my workday a happier one.

How long have you been at Blue Beyond?

One day! Today marks my very first day at Blue Beyond – I’m so excited to have embarked on this journey!

What is your favorite time of the year? Why?

With the risk of sounding cliche, I have to say the holiday season in December is my favorite time of year. Whether it is visiting family and friends, eating and watching movies on the couch, playing secret Santa or making Christmas cocktails – I cherish being back home with my people that time of year.

What characteristic do you most admire in others?

A quality I’ve come to admire is when a person has the ability to make others around them feel safe and comfortable in their own skin. People always remember how you make them feel – so I look up to those who can make someone feel good by simply being authentic.

Do you have a favorite question?

A question I was asked recently which I absolutely love – “If a day was held in your honor, what would people have to do?” It’s so interesting to unravel ways in which we want people to celebrate us and the values we live by.

What did you learn about yourself when you moved to a new place?

After having lived and moved around the globe, I have come to realize something very simple – focus on what you love about the new place. I truly believe that this mentality has helped me adapt, be present and feel great about my every move.

What's your favorite place?

Any place by the beach (with a small, local coffee shop).
