Her rich background in research and psychology and her work experience in sales, HR, and people management has developed Avantika’s consulting skillset, and made her a better listener, learner, and leader.

During Avantika’s time at Litmus World, she was awarded the “Top Recruiter 2019” by iimjobs.com (an exclusive online recruitment platform for middle and senior management positions in India) and during her time as an account executive at Yelp in 2016, the company won for Top Rated Managers by Comparably Awards.

She holds an M.S. in Organizational & Business Psychology from University College London, and a B.A. in Psychology & Communications with a Minor in Music from University of California, Davis.
