Internationally Renowned Graphic Facilitator Diana Arsenian Joins Blue Beyond Consulting

CASTRO VALLEY, California — 05-01-2019 – Blue Beyond Consulting today announced that Diana Arsenian has joined its team to expand the firm’s range of consulting services to include graphic facilitation and graphic recording.

Diana is an internationally recognized consultant who uses graphic facilitation and graphic recording to enable strategic thinking, reflection, and change for individuals, teams, and organizations. She captures ideas and dialogue in simple words and images and weaves the information into large visual narratives that create clarity and alignment. The technique is a powerful tool for inspiring collective learning, building group consensus, mapping out processes, and synthesizing complex ideas in a way that helps people see, understand, and act on a path forward.

“Diana has an uncanny ability to capture the heart of what people are thinking and envisioning and bring it to life clearly with her gifted facilitation skills and artistic talents. She listens intently and engages passionately. I am thrilled our clients have the opportunity to experience the value she delivers to people and teams,” said Cheryl Fields Tyler, CEO, Blue Beyond Consulting.

As part of her role, Diana will be working with Blue Beyond’s client base of Fortune 500 companies, universities, and nonprofits, as well as training consultants in the tools and methodologies used in the graphic facilitation and graphic recording practice.

“After 20 years of running my own graphic facilitation business, I am excited to join the Blue Beyond team,” said Diana Arsenian. “The natural synergies between our passion for moving people and teams toward positive change are palpable. I look forward to working with this team to help clients not only envision what’s possible but to also help them achieve it.”

Diana has worked with Fortune 500 companies, major non-profits, foundations, universities, and government agencies. A former art director and senior consultant with The Grove Consultants International, she worked closely with David Cooperrider, the creator of the Appreciative Inquiry, for the past 20 years and applies this methodology to her practice. She is fluent in Spanish and English and has worked internationally and cross-culturally across a range of industries.
