Blue Beyond Consulting included in Indianapolis Business Journal Innovation Issue

Founder and CEO Cheryl Fields Tyler was highlighted as a subject matter expert on organizational culture in the annual Innovation Issue of the Indianapolis Business Journal. The article focused on the challenges of a century-old, multi-national company embracing new technology.

Fields Tyler founded Blue Beyond Consulting in in 2006 in the San Francisco Bay Area. The company has offices in Castro Valley, Calif., and Indianapolis, with additional team members in Los Angeles, Boston, and Rhode Island.

Blue Beyond serves clients throughout North America, including global Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, universities, and small- and mid-sized firms. It is a certified women-owned business by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).
