Navigating Change Workshop
The Navigating Change Workshop teaches participants how to handle ambiguity, strengthen resilience, and rally teams around change. It goes beyond the “how-to” of managing change by providing a foundational understanding of how people process change, psychologically and emotionally, and how to recognize and address resistance to change.

Understand the three key elements of how people process and respond to change.
HEIGHTEN SELF-AWARENESS
Identify and normalize reactions and emotions associated with working your way through change while noticing the impact your behaviors have on your team.

Evaluate how change affects others, learn to notice how they are responding or resisting as they work through the stages of transition, and shift your communications and actions to meet them where they are.

Applying sound change leadership and coaching approaches, develop strategies for building support and providing ongoing coaching and accountability to empower yourself and team members to take steps forward for organizational success.
