Samira is a consultant, passionate about guiding teams through organizational change and culture transformation.
She has more than 18 years of experience working across several industries in internal and client-facing roles. Samira previously managed a variety of projects at J.P. Morgan Chase and Fannie Mae. Most recently, she led strategic communications initiatives and oversaw an employee engagement program at Booz Allen Hamilton, where she was awarded the “Ferocious Integrity” value stone for her contributions.
From launching new platforms, building programs, advancing culture initiatives, developing strategic plans, and serving as a trusted advisor, Samira learned that active listening is critical to success and that the most impactful teams have leaders who genuinely care about the business and the people.
She is known for her ability to navigate ambiguity, collaborate with diverse teams, and produce results that exceed clients’ expectations.
Samira also serves on the Board of the San Carlos Education Foundation. She has a B.S. in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland.
