Kassie Sease

Kassie is a member of our Visual Communications team, with over a decade of experience in graphic design, and almost 5 years of background in designing specifically for the consulting industry.

She started her career by working at a small branding studio that allowed her to work directly with small business owners to build their brand from the ground up. Most recently, at a strategic change consulting company, Kassie partnered with consultants on multi-million dollar projects to develop materials that support strategic change initiatives for Fortune 500 companies. This is when she came to truly understand the impact that strong design and collaborative thinking has on long-term client success.

In 2019, Kassie’s colleagues recognized and voted her as the team member who most consistently displayed the value of “Collaborative Design,” and she has also received gold and silver Addy Awards for logo and website designs.

Kassie is known for being curious, creative, collaborative, and receptive to feedback.

She holds a B.A. in Art and Graphic Design from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
