Jessica Rohman

Jessica is a consultant at Blue Beyond with over 20 years of experience and a deep background in engaging employees and leaders to build thriving workplace cultures.

She has a passion for partnering with organizations to define and articulate mission, vision, and values statements that will resonate with employees and customers alike. Prior to joining Blue Beyond, Jessica spent many years at Great Place to Work, where she was able to learn first-hand how strong cultures are built and sustained by working with some of the best workplaces in the world. There, she saw how business performance and employee experience go hand-in-hand, and that it’s possible for work to be an enjoyable experience at companies of any size and industry.

Jessica is co-author of “A Great Place to Work for All: Better for Business, Better for People, Better for the World” (Berrett Koehler, 2018). She also ran her own organizational consulting practice helping organizations build stronger cultures, and her work has been published in Harvard Business Review, Fortune Magazine, Thrive Global, and many other outlets. Jessica is known for her ability to problem solve, and to synthesize large amounts of information to quickly identify key trends and root causes. She also brings a caring, personal approach to her relationships with colleagues and clients.

Jessica has a B.A. in Psychology, an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and has completed doctoral studies in Human and Organizational Systems.
