Jessica is known for her ability to problem solve, and to synthesize large amounts of information to quickly identify key trends and root causes. She also brings a caring, personal approach to her relationships with colleagues and clients.

She has a BA in Psychology, an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and has completed doctoral studies in Human and Organizational Systems.

What skills and expertise do you bring to the team?

I bring a breadth and depth of knowledge on workplace culture, workshop design and facilitation, and assessment design, delivery, and analysis. I have extensive experience in facilitating teams to create a shared vision.

What do you find most rewarding about your work?

I love working with leaders and employees alike to help them see what makes their company special, unique and different, and to live the vision they know is possible for their organization.

What work have you done that you're particularly proud of?

My favorite consulting project was working with the pastor of a church and his congregation, to build a shared vision that would carry the church well into the future. It was very inspiring to see everyone work together to envision the possibilities for an organization they cared for so deeply.

Who or what matters most to you?

The relationships I have in my life are what matter most to me. I love surrounding myself with people who bring me joy, and there are so many of them. This is why I feel very lucky to work at a company that allows employees to live full lives both personally and professionally (and also to work on a team of amazing colleagues!)

How does good consulting happen?

Good consulting happens when you are genuinely curious. A good consultant listens deeply, responds appropriately, and is not attached to a specific outcome. It also happens when you truly care about your client and what is best for them.

Name a peak experience in your life. What happened?

In 2017, I travelled with my mom, who was 72 at the time, to Iceland. We spent two weeks hiking and exploring the most beautiful terrain — glaciers, lava fields, waterfalls, geothermal pools. It was life-changing. And, the best part of all was the special time with my mom, who I now know is ageless!
