Erin partners with a variety of for-profit and nonprofit organizations to provide strategic visioning, change leadership, organizational effectiveness, and talent development support. She enjoys helping leaders and teams move effectively from vision to strategy to planning and execution.
Erin excels at diagnosing and working through challenges and ensuring people and processes are fully aligned to business goals. She is most complimented on her ability to make things clear and simple, as well as putting the employee’s experience first.
Prior to joining Blue Beyond in 2007, Erin spent seven years at Coca-Cola Enterprises, which gave her invaluable insight into how global corporations are run, how leaders think, and what it’s like to be an employee in a large company on the receiving end of communications and engagement initiatives. It also taught Erin important lessons in how to learn, adapt, and partner with people at all levels of the organization.
Erin earned a BA in Psychology and Communications at UC Santa Barbara and graduated from Pepperdine School of Law with a Masters in Dispute Resolution.
One of my areas of expertise is talent. I understand the full employee journey and the importance and potential to reach out and engage employees at key milestones in their careers, which helps to create the environment for a great employee experience. I like to think that I also bring humor and calm demeanor to our team and work. So much time is spent working together – we’ve got to have some fun!
I get to work with great leaders and teams who are at “make or break” moments in their careers. They are working hard to accomplish some pretty daunting goals, and I partner with them to move an idea or goal from vision to strategy to planning and execution. The look on their face when they realize that what they’ve been driving is not only possible, but will end up better than they ever imagined, is priceless.

An effective team knows how to leverage their individual and collective strengths. Each team member is “all in” and does their best to contribute 100% of what they already have to offer, AND continually stretches and learns – both to fill in capability gaps and to help propel the team forward. There is open dialogue about what’sworking and what can be done better. There is no task too big or too small. They know how to focus, figure it out and GSD (get stuff done), and they also know how to celebrate and have fun.
I think good consulting requires genuine curiosity, the ability to synthesize information, care for your clients and wild optimism grounded in the reality of what’s possible.
