What skills and expertise do you bring to the team?

Project management and problem solving.

What do you find most rewarding about your work?

I love to execute with a talented team! I enjoy helping companies scale by creating efficient processes and implementing tools through all stages—planning, facilitating, and implementing.

What is the most important lesson you've learned in the last year?

Patience. Having my two little ones has taught me that patience is healthy and helps minimize stress, which translates to better decision-making for myself and my family.

Who or what matters most to you?

My family is my lifeline. They have always been my support and most of all, the reason why I love to do what I do. I know we will have each other no matter what happens.

What do you think makes an effective team?

Communication and competence!

What makes you proud to work at Blue Beyond?

The Blue Beyond team is inspiring! They encourage me to work hard knowing that I have a strong support system behind me.

If you could take the year off, what would you do?

I would love to travel the world with my little family. I have family all over — specifically in China, Cambodia, Japan, and France and would like for my kids to learn other cultures and appreciate what other places have to offer.
