What skills and expertise do you bring to the team?

An equity lens, creative thinking, and effective communication.

What do you find most rewarding about your work?

I love the opportunity to help clients/orgs flourish, and the joy that team collaboration brings through that process.

Who or what matters most to you?

People matter most to me. My friends, my family, and the friends that have become family.

Name a peak experience in your life. What happened?

In 2019, I  had the opportunity to travel solo through Mexico and Central America with no itinerary but the flights in and out of the United States. It was incredible to spend time in so many different countries, and cultures. I was able to slow down, and truly live in the present moment, embracing every opportunity. I spent extra days on sunny beaches, visited important historical sites along bus journeys, and made so many new friends. Truly a once in a lifetime chance, to travel without limitation and I’m so thankful for the resources that made this incredible trip a reality.

What's your favorite place?

My favorite place is the back of the Lincoln Memorial in Washington D.C. It is a popular monument with lots of tourists during the day, but at night it has the best views of airplanes taking off and landing at Dulles airport. For many years living in D. C. I used to eat lunch and dinner with friends and watch the planes above. Truly one of the best views in the city!
