Saheema is a consultant, shaping and developing our DEI capabilities and weaving those throughout our consulting approach.
She has been working in the field for 20 years, and helped set up one of the first employee resource groups at the Ministry of Justice in the UK, which showed her how she could combine her passion for DEI with her professional life.
Saheema has worked closely with a variety of organizations — including government, universities, for-profit and non-profits — across the globe. Each experience gave her valuable insight on how to transform organizations in meaningful ways.
She helped develop impactful guidance to UK universities on how to create inclusive learning and working environments, which helped set a new standard for DEI thinking and work in this area for a number of years.
Saheema is known for being a strong proponent of the power of diversity – how different life experiences can bring valuable perspectives and innovative practice to everything we do. Because of this, she approaches projects in a collaborative way, bringing people together under a common aim, and welcoming feedback while still driving progress.
