Rebecca Cunningham

Rebecca is a consultant who is versatile, clever, enthusiastic, and full of ideas. Her passion for people, language, and culture is evident in her commitment to helping clients develop and refine their organizational effectiveness strategies to meet business objectives and engage their people. 

Her adaptable and resourceful nature has helped her partner with clients on strategic development and culture enhancement projects as well as leadership development retreats. No stranger to adversity, Rebecca is resourceful in solving challenging, theoretical problems while motivating others to exceed what is accepted and expected. Unconventional in approach, she likes to live freely, looking for variety every day. She is known as being an inventive person who is always seeking to discover new possibilities and new ways of doing things. 

Prior to joining Blue Beyond, Rebecca was the president of Delta Sigma Pi’s local chapter, Xi Pi, where she demonstrated expertise in managing, organizing, planning, and encouraging a team. This experience helped her develop the ability to facilitate productive and quality discussions that propelled her team in a forward direction. While serving the organization as president, Rebecca successfully doubled her chapter size during recruitment, made major improvements in DEI, and completely reconstructed the chapter’s culture dynamics for the better.

She currently resides in Orange County, CA and enjoys developing recipes, biking, and playing with her dogs.

Rebecca has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Business Administration and Spanish from the University of Redlands.
