The ability to create impactful and compelling employee development programs, the ability to influence and build long-lasting relationships with stakeholders, partners and customers, and I enjoy working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
Building relationships and interacting with incredibly smart and talented people, helping employees feel appreciated and invested in, enabling and encouraging employees to share their time and talent with others, and building a sense of community among employees so that they can do their best work and feel a part of something bigger.
I recently went on a community service trip to Nicaragua with one of my daughters. That trip reminded me how blessed and fortunate I am and how important it is to give back and share my time and talents with others. I also learned the importance of getting outside my comfort zone and experiencing new people, places and cultures.
My favorite place is Lake Tahoe. I have been going there since I was a kid and I never get tired of it and always consider it a great vacation. I love it equally in the summer – for hiking and swimming – as I do in the summer – for skiing, reading and relaxing!
