Marc McEwen

Marc is a consultant with expertise in culture, change management, and organizational efficiency. His love of coaching and mentoring others is a perfect fit as he begins his career here at Blue Beyond.

Marc comes from a background of strategic client growth, coupled with executive guidance, and sprinkled with a decade of team leadership and data driven results. Marc spent the majority of his career working with companies like AT&T, GEICO, Enterprise, and Niantic solving complex problems, both internally and externally. Most recently Marc put his communication skills to work at Duarte, managing large-scale, multi-tiered clients such as VMware, Salesforce, CVS, and Juniper. His strategic insights, narrative story arc development, and executive client presence left a lasting impression at every stage.

During his time at Duarte, Marc was known for his effervescent attitude and his aptitude for finding the right solution with full team alignment. Clients respond well to Marc’s easy going nature, candor, and his ability to make the client-team partnership one that feels organic and a place of belonging. Marc’s peers lean on him for his motivation, his passion for a collaborative and energetic team environment, and his comedic and empathetic approach to every situation. Marc will keep a smile on your face while positioning himself and the team as the utmost professionals, no matter the situation.

Marc earned a Bachelor’s in Communications and English/Political Science from Colby College where he was also a part of the hockey team. Marc hails from Canada, has family in Colorado, but makes his home in VA with his two children.
