What skills and expertise do you bring to the team?

I bring over 25 years of experience in corporate and government settings advising high profile leaders including the Vice President of the United States, the Governor of California and Fortune 500 CEOs. My expertise varies from one-on-one executive coaching to the design and implementation of large-scale leadership, communication, and organizational effectiveness efforts.

What do you find most rewarding about your work?

The most rewarding aspect of consulting is being the wind beneath a client’s wings and helping them achieve more than they had previously thought possible. I strive to be a trusted, empathetic and straightforward advisor. Whether I’m bringing new insights or an extra set of hands, I love leaving my clients feeling energized, focused and well cared for.

Who or what matters most to you?

Without a doubt, my family matters most to me. Being a working mother is a constant balancing act, but I’m proud that I’ve been able to demonstrate to my children that it is indeed possible to thrive in both worlds – to grow professionally and be involved in family life and in the community. Of course, it takes sacrifice, hard work and a lot of humility!

What's your favorite place?

My favorite place is anywhere warm and sunny, preferably a beach in Hawaii or our house in Palm Desert.
