Jenny Whiteley

Jenny joins Blue Beyond as our Talent and Organizational Development Manager. She has seven years of experience in the field and previously held a dynamic role at the global firm Glatfelter, that helped shape her in-depth knowledge and experience in all functions of HR.

Jenny’s love and passion for growing and developing people and helping them help both themselves and their organizations, tipped her towards focusing her career fully on Talent.

She is known for her strong detail-orientation, organizational skills, drive to learn and grow, and ability to improve processes and to step in wherever is needed and add value.

Jenny is a SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) through HRCI and holds an M.A. in Management from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland.
