Jenny Cruz

Jenny is a consultant with over 8 years of experience as an organizational development practitioner cultivating equity and inclusion as well as developing diverse high-performing teams for organizations to thrive.

Prior to joining Blue Beyond, she worked as an independent organizational development consultant to global clients. Her expertise lies in Human Centered Design, leadership development, process consultation, and group-focused facilitation. She is passionate about people leadership and has partnered with leaders to imagine, design, and implement strategic engagements.  She also has experience helping senior leaders execute on business performance management goals.

In her previous role as a Senior Business Consultant at Kaiser Permanente Health Plan, she served as EID advisor to multiple departments including marketing, sales, and account management. She also led a change management portfolio conducting planning, training, and facilitation. She has experience fostering collaboration cross-functionally by leading capacity building, effectiveness, and talent management initiatives.

Jenny’s peers love her ability to connect minds and hearts to achieve superlative outcomes in teams. She is a globetrotter and a marathon runner and resides in New York with her family including her French Bulldog, Ace Ventura.

Jenny earned her M.S. in Organization Development from Pepperdine University, the George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management, and a B.A. in International Studies from the City College of New York’s Colin Powell School for Civic and Global Leadership.
