Iyman Ahmed

Iyman is a consultant with over 10 years of experience in global education and program management with extensive work history in higher education. She has skills in leveraging strategic DEI experiences from international contexts, building cultural competencies, and developing innovative global initiatives.

Prior to Blue Beyond, Iyman served as a Project Manager with the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at McGill University. In this role, she developed the institutional infrastructure for a mentorship program, collaborating with key stakeholders and peer institutions, developing and delivering DEI workshops, and creating and facilitating targeted recruitment strategies.

Previous to her position at McGill University, Iyman spent 6 years at the Center for Global Initiatives as a Program Manager and Fulbright Program Advisor.

Iyman is currently located in Montreal, QC. She earned a Master’s degree in Islamic Studies from McGill University and a Masters in Political Science from the University of Windsor.
