Previously, he led marketing teams in organizations ranging from small non-profits to multi-billion-dollar global Fortune 500 companies, including Kimberly-Clark, Visa, and Goodyear. Gary’s background includes international experience across various cultures, highlighting the importance of diversity, shared goals, and strong collaboration.
He has also worked in numerous industries including consumer packaged goods, financial services, consumer durables, gaming/lottery, and higher education.
Gary is complimented most on his strategic planning, creative thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and executional excellence.
He holds a B.S. in Management from Purdue University and an M.B.A. from Indiana University.

“How can I help?” So often, people tend to propose a solution to a problem that doesn’t exist or which they haven’t taken the time to fully understand. Asking this question can help ensure you’re appropriately supporting the person or team based on their actual situation and needs. It also keeps responsibility and empowerment with the individual, with you in a supporting role.
Living and working in Asia earlier in my career taught me the value of diversity and embracing different cultures. It also reinforced that, while we may look and act differently, we’re actually all more similar than different. It also highlighted how fortunate we are, and how much we take for granted, living in the United States.
