What skills and expertise do you bring to the team?

Disciplined, strategic marketing and team leadership skills, cultivated through years of experience and development at world-class marketing organizations across multiple industries.

What do you find most rewarding about your work?

The sense of accomplishment from overcoming challenges and achieving record results.

What does "team" mean to you?

Having a shared purpose and working together to accomplish things not because you have to but because you want to.

Do you have a favorite question?

“How can I help?” So often, people tend to propose a solution to a problem that doesn’t exist or which they haven’t taken the time to fully understand. Asking this question can help ensure you’re appropriately supporting the person or team based on their actual situation and needs. It also keeps responsibility and empowerment with the individual, with you in a supporting role.

What learning experience had the biggest impact on who you are now?

Living and working in Asia earlier in my career taught me the value of diversity and embracing different cultures. It also reinforced that, while we may look and act differently, we’re actually all more similar than different. It also highlighted how fortunate we are, and how much we take for granted, living in the United States.

What's your favorite place?

New Zealand — an absolutely beautiful country with mountains, beaches, vineyards, fjords…just about everything!
