Gabby Tharkur

Gabby is a consultant with deep interest and experience in change management, performance management, and talent development. 

Prior to joining Blue Beyond, Gabby worked for Grant Thornton Public Sector, and was involved in a variety of engagements that allowed her to work closely with executive level leaders to solve problems ranging from risk, financial management, and human capital transformation. This enhanced Gabby’s ability to see the big picture when helping clients discover the underlying challenges they might be facing.

She was a consultant on the team that allowed their client, the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, to win the TBM Excellence Award at the Technology, Business Management (TBM) 2020 Conference.

Gabby is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She has a B.A. in Economics, a B.S. in Accounting, and an M.P.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland.
