Crystal Fulwood

Crystal is a consultant with a strong background in employee experience, well-being, mental health, and trauma-informed practices.

She has over a decade of experience in crafting organizational strategies, leading culture transformation, upleveling leadership skills with corporate training, and driving corporate DEI efforts. Prior to joining the Blue Beyond Team, Crystal was a top-rated National MHFA At Work Instructor for the National Council of Mental Well-being, where she led mental health at work training for senior-level teams with several Fortune 500 companies and nonprofits across various industries.

Along with her mental health work, Crystal has worked as a consultant, advising companies in well-being and DEI strategies to help them create sustainable, transformative work cultures.

Crystal holds a B.A. in Sociology from Lehman Cuny along with various certifications, including Mental Health First Aid, restorative practices, and trauma- informed care.
