Chuck is a Visual Communications and Graphic Design Consultant with over 20 years of experience in the field.
Prior to joining Blue Beyond, he held creative roles with agencies, corporate in-house marketing communications team, publishing companies, and freelance accounts. These experiences taught Chuck how to be flexible with his creative approach and apply to talents to a broad range of clients.
Chuck is known for producing work that is not only creative, but truly authentic in voice and tone.
He holds a B.A. in Visual Communication Design from Purdue University.
I come from a decidedly print collateral background, so a solid foundation of industry standard tools and methodology. Other than software and concepting, a skill I rely on as much as anything else to achieve successful outcomes is the ability to actively listen to what’s said (and what’s not) to get to the heart of how I can help from a creative perspective.
The creative process itself, as an act of grand discovery. Often the ultimate solution that you come to was nowhere near where you thought you’d be starting out. I think that journey of discovery can be as rewarding as the final outcome.
One look at Blue Beyond’s seven statements of purpose and I realized that this is a company that has embraced the things that I hold dear in my personal life. This is a group of people who feel that these things really matter in business and in life, in equal measure, and I’m so incredibly proud to be a part of that.
I would take my family and explore another culture. Japan is at the top of the list – to have a year to experience snow skiing on Mt. Fuji, tropical beaches in Okinawa and all of the local festivals in between? Sign me up.
