This remote role will report to our Head of Finance and IT and will enable seamless execution of our day-to-day ‘Close to Cash’ process. The Project and Account Management Analyst will play an integral role in holistic account management including: planning, resourcing, invoicing, and data reporting and analysis across multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leveraging technology and system analytics to enable organizational productivity, team effectiveness, and profitable business growth.


  • Support our consulting Leads across diverse client portfolios in a variety of ways, but primarily through:
    • Account analysis to support scoping and pricing
    • Budget and staff utilization planning
    • Client billing and invoicing
    • Contact management in our CRM
  • Inform staffing decisions by partnering with consulting Leads to plan resource utilization for all projects, maintaining visibility across shared resources 
  • Compare planned vs actual resource utilization and flag discrepancies
  • Manage the monthly client invoice process to ensure timely client billing
  • Support the Lead to ensure pricing and profit margins are aligned with the expected scope and delivery of consulting services 
  • Utilize and maintain timely reports and dashboards with accurate data to improve business productivity, profitability, and team effectiveness 
  • Proactively flag any potential issues or discrepancies to the consulting Lead and leadership team
  • Actively communicate with and keep the team informed of all account management progress, needs, and gaps
  • Prepare reports for and support annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly business meetings
  • Contribute to our business development efforts by keeping CRM data current, providing support for large-scale RFPs, and new account onboarding (i.e., navigating procurement portals, finance set-up, contract review, etc.)
  • Participate in select leadership team meetings to stay abreast of pipeline and account activity and glean an understanding of reporting needs
  • Consistently leverage and be a champion for our tools to encourage the team to keep data accurate and up to date 
  • Be familiar with business objectives and priorities in order to proactively ensure account management and resourcing processes are aligned 
  • Advise on overall Blue Beyond Close to Cash improvements and support continuous learning and improvement of business processes and tools

What You Bring to the Role

Ideally, you’ll have experience in project management, data analysis, business administration and/or a related field and are ready to jump in and add immediate value. 

  • Demonstrated competency with a wide variety of channels, tools, and technology focused on communication, project management, and data analysis
  • A track record of juggling multiple tasks and projects through to completion, often with competing priorities

  • 1-2 years of work experience in a project or administrative support role – internship experience considered
  • Associate’s Degree in computer science, data processing, IT systems, networking, systems analysis, computer programming, or mathematics -comparable work experience considered
  • Solid analytic and organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM, project management, and similar account management tools – Zoho experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite, Box, and Zoom -Expert Excel preferred
  • Experience optimizing and developing new and existing information technology systems 
  • Strong knowledge of IT concepts and basic operating principles of data communications and information systems hardware and software
  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
