Based in Indianapolis and reporting to the Lead of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Analyst will create and manage all campaigns in our marketing automation tools, and nurture prospects throughout the marketing and sales funnel.

Ideally, you’re an experienced CRM expert with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights that grow the bottom line. The person who fills this role will work closely with our marketing, business development, and leadership teams, as well as our agency partners.[/ultimate_heading]

CRM and Marketing Automation Tools

  • Audit, enhance, and manage our current CRM platform, including lead tracking, scoring, audience segmentation, and personas
  • Build, plan, and execute all email marketing campaigns, lead journeys, and autoresponders, including list segmentation and management, testing, and optimization
  • Integrate and maximize marketing automation tools in the Zoho One suite, including: CRM, Campaigns, MarketingHub, Forms, Analytics, PageSense, SalesIQ, and Social
  • Create regular dashboards and reports for our marketing, business development, and leadership team


  • Synthesize data across numerous sources, including our CRM and marketing platforms, Google Analytics, search, web, email, and social media channels
  • Create a holistic view of potential customers based on data, effectively target and engage these prospects, and drive desired behavior
  • Own execution and optimization from A/B testing, segmentation, and automation, and leverage these metrics to enhance our prospect’s digital experience
  • Translate data into actionable insights and regularly report recommendations to the team

Email marketing campaigns

  • Build, manage, and execute all strategic marketing campaigns within our Zoho One suite of products
  • Implement strategies and build nurture campaigns to engage prospective leads and guide them through every stage of the marketing and sales funnel
  • Partner with marketing and business development teams targeting the right leads at the top of the funnel
  • Measure and track performance and ROI of online and offline campaigns, such as open rates, volume, drip engagement
  • Set up and analyze results of A/B testing and recommend updates for optimal email open and clicks
  • Provide regular reports leveraging data on KPIs like leads, conversion rates, and website traffic (and translate this into formats that give others visibility into the data)

Additional preferred skills

  • Track relevant SEO metrics (organic traffic, conversion rates and time spent on page); compare to our SEO goals and advise on ways to increase website visibility and traffic
  • Perform keyword research and analysis to maximize site indexing and generate and convert website traffic
  • Follow SEO trends and stay up-to-date with new tools and practices
  • Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data to identify key areas of website improvement
  • HTML experience a plus

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a marketing analyst, or similar digital marketing role
  • BS in marketing or related field
  • Expertise in CRM and marketing automation tools (Zoho experience a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Zoho Analytics, SalesIQ
  • Hands-on experience with building, planning, and executing email campaigns and lead journeys
  • Familiarity with PPC campaigns, SEM campaign strategies, keyword research, and SEO practices
  • Knowledge of latest trends and best practices, including ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and laws
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Has a track record of managing multiple tasks to a high level and through completion
  • Ability to work effectively in person and in a virtual team environment
