Mara Mintz

Mara is a consultant with over 15 years of experience in communications, change management, program management, and strategic planning across a variety of industries, including non-profits, higher education, and the corporate sector.

At Blue Beyond, Mara partners with our university and corporate clients on projects related to culture transformations, employee engagement, internal communications, strategic planning, change management, performance and talent management, and meeting design and facilitation. She excels at building consensus and driving collaboration across stakeholders, effectively partnering with and engaging employees at all levels across an organization, to create lasting positive change.

She is known for her logical and rational thinking, her ability to quickly distill and simplify information, remaining calm and adaptable when faced with ambiguity, and her drive to get things done.

Mara graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and an M.A. in Communication Management from the University of Southern California.
