Judy Dutton is a seasoned professional with nearly 20 years of strategic organizational development and communications experience in large-scale, fast-paced environments. She works directly with Directors, VPs, C-Level Executives, and subject-matter experts to gather the information needed to build and drive strategy execution and culture change. She is adept in delivering change strategies and training solutions that produce lasting and measurable results for the organization.  

Judy has a wealth of experience supporting and leading communications strategies in environments where there were big goals to achieve in strategy and brand execution. Over the past year, her ability to manage and lead change was put to the test as she successfully supported the merger of two companies - driving culture change, communications, talent assessments, and employee engagement. As the Director of Leadership Communications at Addison Avenue Federal Credit Union, Judy produced all employee events, acted as the executive sponsor for the development of a new intranet, and coached and supported the CEO and Executive team with all leadership communications.  Preceding that role, Judy was the Director of Organization Development & Training. In that capacity, she successfully led talent management solutions and leadership development to nationwide employees, developing comprehensive training plans/strategies and delivering training solutions that produced measurable results for the organization. Judy also brings international expertise, having consulted in the UK for over ten years before returning to the northern California bay area.

Judy has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Southern California.
