Jessica House Steward is committed to helping business leaders and organizations execute newly formed goals and strategic plans. With her background and experience in training and development, she excels in working to create, motivate and encourage collaboration and alignment within an organization.

Prior to coming to Blue Beyond Consulting, she worked at the Professional Development Institute at AllianceBernstein Investments, project-managing and coordinating incumbent training programs and the National Sales Meeting for the U.S. Retail Division. She co-developed and produced their first-ever recognition event as a highlighted strategy to create alignment throughout the organization by changing their culture from that of results-driven to trust-based.

Jessica also worked as Manager of Logistics at Communispond, a global training company, creating and implementing operational processes and strategies throughout the organization to maximize work flow and efficiency, while overseeing a customer service call center and running, on average, 300 training programs a month.

Jessica is also a trained opera singer. She has performed nationally and internationally in opera and concert, most notably, making her Carnegie Hall recital debut in 2005. Jessica holds degrees in music and vocal performance from Manhattan School of Music, Texas Tech University and University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She recently moved to the Bay Area from New York with her husband and two children.
