Erin Wilgus

Erin Wilgus has had a wide range of experience in Human Resources, management, and strategic end-to-end process development. She helps leaders and teams move from vision to strategy to execution.  Erin excels at diagnosing and working through challenging business and talent management issues and ensuring people and processes are fully aligned to business goals. 

After graduating from Pepperdine University School of Law, Strauss Institute with her Master’s degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution, she went to work for Coca-Cola Bottling Company in 2000. During her 7 years at Coca-Cola, she held a variety of positions including roles in front-line field operations, human resources generalist, recruitment, compliance, and employee relations. In each of these roles, she managed teams and processes and advised managers and senior leaders on HR, organization effectiveness, talent management and other business issues. She has led a number of cross-functional policy and process improvement efforts, including the development of audit and compliance policies and processes for 20+ California facilities, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials that improved on-boarding of new employees and ongoing training of existing personnel. In addition to her Master’s degree from Pepperdine, she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Communication from University of California, Santa Barbara. 

In her tenure with Blue Beyond Consulting, she has partnered with a variety of for-profit and non-profit organizations to provide strategic visioning, project management, and communications support. Erin has also designed and facilitated a variety of training, including webinar and meeting facilitation skills.

Erin was born and raised in Oakland, California; and after a decade in S.California, she returned to Oakland where she now lives with her husband and two children.
