Cassie Ageno specializes in strategic communication design and planning. Her experience and background include managing key communication projects, speech writing and employee campaigns.

Cassie's role within Blue Beyond Consulting encompasses a wide variety of client facing roles and project management tasks. She believes strongly in the power of effective communication, and the use of strategic and systematic thinking. She excels in motivating people and project teams with a collaborative spirit.

Prior to BBC, Cassie was involved in many different ventures. Having worked for both an aeronautical company and manufacturing company she possesses a variety of skill sets geared towards different industries. As a Public Communications major at Sacramento State, Cassie focused a lot of her attention towards Rhetorical Communication and developed both a passion and proficiency for direct communication and creating clear messages.

Outside of BBC, Cassie spends a great deal of time outdoors. She enjoys camping and has a passion for hiking; she enjoys finding new places to explore.
