Caitlin Strauss helps individuals, teams, and companies drive high-performance cultures through strategic communication. She works with teams to design cutting-edge strategies to build employee engagement and executive alignment. She understands and is passionate about the power of technology in our ever-changing world and how that impacts corporate culture.

Outside of her work with BBC, Caitlin has a deep interest in how technology is changing the way we communicate with one another. She is always up on the latest articles and trends and is a self-professed "technology junkie".  In addition to her techy side, she also enjoys yoga, cooking, college football (Go Trojans!), and Giants baseball.
