Brooke Schiller founded Incite Partners in May 2006, after accumulating over 15 years experience across all areas of Learning & Organizational Development, including management and leadership development, professional development, and organizational change management. Her areas of expertise include design, development, and delivery of performance management, change management, career re-invention, and new employee integration systems, as well as a unique focus in the area of team formation and effectiveness. Previous positions in retail and high-tech companies across Silicon Valley created opportunities for Brooke to work as an internal consultant, designer and implementer of global learning strategies, facilitator, and coach, all based on a strong real-world business background, having run multi-million dollar businesses for Gap, Inc.

Brooke is a licensed practitioner with Insights Learning & Development, has earned an HPI certification from ASTD, and she is a certified DDI trainer, in addition to other training certifications she holds with Achieve Global, Novations, Inc. and the Center for Leadership Studies' Situational Leadership. She also maintains active partnerships with ASTD, ISPI, and local and national memberships with the OD Network.
