Karen Bohanon has long been dedicated to, and instrumental in, bringing change to organizations. Having held positions in several Fortune 500 companies, including Levi Strauss and Cisco Systems, Karen has a successful track record in employee engagement, learning design and development, and change management. She has initiated and led strategic efforts that have resulted in marked improvements in business efficacy and productivity, team collaboration, and employee engagement and workplace satisfaction.

Karen has worked throughout North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and other regions.  These experiences have enabled her to bring a wealth of knowledge and skill to her work with leaders and global teams.
