What did we do?
We provided support on every aspect of program design, development, and delivery, including:
- Development of vision, strategy, and plan for the leadership transformation
- Definition of the new leadership capabilities needed
- Creation of a high-potential executive design team
- Executive sponsorship, alignment, and ongoing governance processes
- Design and delivery of compelling and effective leadership development curriculum
- Development of an in-house cadre of trained executive coaches
- Design and implementation of a wide variety of leadership development tools and processes (e.g., 360° assessments, action learning, talent management, succession planning)
- Development and implementation of a global communication plan
