  • Gain and retain Executive Team sponsorship, alignment, and involvement
  • Communicate with all stakeholders to build understanding and commitment
  • Advise on future state organization design and key talent assignments
  • Develop a scorecard to measure progress and outcomes

Over a 3.5-year period, we helped the EVP and his team deliver:

  • Dramatically improved employee engagement in key markets as measured by their annual survey
  • Met or exceeded HR organization performance targets on quarterly and annual assessments
