Who was our client?
CEO of a Fortune 200 company frustrated by continued infighting and lack of alignment within his executive staff
What did we do?
- Conducted interviews with all executive staff members and selected members of their teams
- Assessed root causes of conflict and lack of alignment
- Provided candid feedback on our findings and recommendations to all key individuals, the Executive Committee, and Extended Staff
- Worked with the CEO, COO, and CFO to build new agreements and protocols for how they were going to operate together in the future
- Designed and facilitated an executive team offsite to build full team understanding, alignment, and commitment to new team agreements and protocols
- Provided 1:1 coaching and advising for all members of the executive staff as they worked to establish new operating norms
- Provided "in the room" coaching and support for the first 4 months as the team implemented new agreements and protocols
- Worked with the team to design and implement a 360 assessment of progress and lessons learned
