We provided support to:
- Assess current state of customer communications and identify approach for consolidation and alignment of customer communications
- Develop, vet with key audiences, and refine corporate reputation, vision, and messaging
- Develop a multi-year strategy and rollout plan to support achievement of reputation goals
- Redesign communications governance to ensure cross-organizational alignment and execution of new communication strategy
